    Hi all,

I've recentaly moved from BT 3M package to Smart 7M package. speedtest.net report 6M download speed so that's fine. But the actual experience is definitely slower. I was getting over 100K easily from Irish ftp site (for Linux update) but now it's 60k most of the time. Any thoughts?

Too much down your line than it can actually handle can easily make it slower (its like putting too much pressure on it so latency increases and errors).

Can we see your line statistics please?
