weight problem

Ok i understand how stupid this is but i have "man boob's",

im a 6ft man and dont have a huge weight problem, i have very broad shoulders! i never ever worked out but i have the makings of "pecks" but now they look like boob's! i dont wanna start a huge workout on them as i will only be creating muscle over the fat but i want to loose them!! is there any set way? i wouldnt even go far as to say i need to loose general weight as i look average

You have the wrong attitude about the weight-lifting approach to getting 'rid' of them. I mean, you don't have to just go do weights with the sole intention of getting rid of yuor man boobs. You can sign up to a gym and do weights for various muscles in your body - and do a little cardiovascular work too - and then generally feel good about yourself, in every sense. With time, the man-boobs will become less noticeable.

there is no such thing as spot weight loss, you can only diet and excessive to get rid of man boobs. They also say there is a link between smoking pot and man boobs, but that could just be the unhealthy diet.

Alternatively you could go for cosmetic surgery to remove them.
