    Hi there
    I am a mature student considering a career change into cookery.im probably too late to get into cookery courses for this year.Can someone give me info about the courses. Also, what would be the best way to get experience. Should i call into hotels/restuarants with my cv looking for work experience?

    Email one of the heads of the cookery school. Shpuld be able to get info from http://www.gmit.ie .

    Get a George forman, they are handy pieces of kit.
