What do you expect from the county that gave us Roy Keane, Stephen Ireland and Michael Collins. Three of the biggest traitors in Irish history.

It's a tiny little forum, having had a look at it there the hatred of boards seems to only come from a few. And all of those have been banned from here.

F*cking hell.........! (I'm getting ready for the slow clap responses of "welcome to the internet").

But yeah "yada yada yada isn't this Cork vs Dublin thing a load of me gee". Yes, yes it is. A lot of my sandy ballsack.

Not much point in linking to stormfront on boards since an admin hooked it up that any links to their site redirect to the Martin Luther King memorial site a while ago afaik

PROC is mostly just having a laugh, but at times, it really can be a shining example of why moderators are needed.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 27,252 ✭✭✭✭stovelid

I used to work with a clown who adored the site.

    Had T-shirts and the like.

A veritable fount of guff about Munster Cork City Cork Hurling Cork Football whatever was successful at the time.

I have somehow compounded the idea of PROC and him in my mind so I wouldn't look at the place in a fit lest it put me in mind of him.

Would it be too ridiculous for the boardsies to go to war with PROCsies?

It'd be a case of Red vs. Blue.

i agree with you. there are some vile threads on that site, any tragic event and they are usually taking the piss or joking about it. worse still that the evening echo give the forum a page in the paper every week

i joined it years ago. Didnt post much but did get some laugh of some of the threads on there. Fairly decent site I thought.

Its a pity Jack Lynch didn't go through with his plan of invading Cork in order to rescue it from the cretins that inhabit it... we wasted too much time. Now they have a fecking website, before we know it they'll have WMDs and motor vehicles.

    We're doomed!!!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,110 ✭✭✭Aodan83

Nah, PROC is no boards.ie. I'm never sure if they're being serious or not, but I hope to god that for the most part, they're not. Seriously, the people on the site are not representative of all Cork people:o.

Oh they so love the cork........they worship the cork.......they just want that big cork don't they!

I'm registered on PROC but don't go on it that often. There are some funny threads and sometimes it's ok when they aren't as strict as Boards. (Of course other times that lack of strictness can be a problem.)

I think this is just another attempt at an anti-cork thread.

Anyway i'll just go with the old sensible "If you don't like the site than don't log on to the site".

    Everybody will be happy then.

Maybe you're a bit too sensitive.

Every once and a while I glance at it, the lack of pc comments can be fairly entertaining at times. The majority of their threads are filled with ****e though. A few of the members are fairly sound but primarily bastards.:D (Not related to their county of birth tbh.).
I think there could be an anti-cork sect hanging about here though.
