    Hi Guys,
I recently broke up with my girlfriend and I'm looking for ideas on things to do during the week. It feels like i've been stuck in a rut lately and I would like some ideas on what to fill my evenings with. I work 9 to 5 Monday to Friday. Any advice/ideas are appreciated.
    Thanks.

    Play guitar
    Xbox
    Walking
    Cycling
    Gym
    Books
Pub with mates (not every day of course)
    Painting class
    Cooking class
Do a course of some kind or other
    Learn a new language
Serial Killing with enegmatic clues left behind
There's plenty of tag ruby/5 a side things out there at the moment seems popular.
    Cinema
    Airsoft

There's a lot of things out there, and I think you should set a goal in a year. Mine was get to Everest, that encouraged me to walk etc etc. You could get a mate on board and make it a goal to do a charity run/swim/walk etc. and use that to do things toghther, gym etc....

Most of the above will also expand your horizons a bit and teach you something new, and that can only add character!

Gymn? Sports? Clubs? Have you a circle of friends you can do a cinema evening with or something? Part-time job for extra cash? Charity work?

All great ideas above. Even better idea is to take out a pen and paper and write a list of 10 or so things that you've always said "I'd love to be able to...." about. Pick 2 and start off there. That's what I did recently enough. Now I can swing dance, play drums, drive, lift a hefty amount of weight, I wear contacts and I'm having the best time of my life! The world has basically just opened itself up to you so make sure you dive right in. Speaking of which, I need to learn to swim. Next on my list. :D

Sorry that's my fault! Just trying to inject a little humour into it.

The easiest way to pick is what do you love? I love music so I play guitar, Love martial artists, think they look magic so I took up martial arts.

Almost had a crush on Mount Everest so I saved for years and went to see it. There was a passion in all these things so it motivates me to do it!
