    Am I entitled to anything?

What do I need to legally work two part time jobs?

I'm 22 but I've worked since I was 15 so I've no idea what I might be entitled to or where else to get clear answers

I'm working in a large retail store for 3 years now who only give out part time contracts

    I'm contracted to 24 hours - 3 days a week
    Saturday Sunday and Monday

and up until recently would was getting an extra 15 hours a week in overtime to bring me to a normal 39 hour week but all this has been cut back

this month I'm only going to make around 1100

my outgoings after food, petrol, insurance, life assurance and 2 loans under €5k are coming to almost €1000

I live at home with my mother who is on disability allowance

rent is the only cheap thing - being a council house its only €30 a week

    thank you

you have suffered a loss of earnings and you have been working long enough that you should have built up the necessary prsi payments.

You should apply for part time jobseeker's benefit.

I just hope it doesn't come against me that it was overtime that made up my hours and not a full time contract

Hope I'll be ok just having a P60 and a letter I'm going to get from my employer

I'll have my monthly payslip as well this week

You need to go into your local office as soon as possible, if you are waiting on any documents to make your claim, these can be submitted at a later date. Go in tomorrow if you are not working.
