full time father trying to go on holiday

    I am full time father, trying to travel to my home country with my son. everything is fine- i have court orders, tickets, visa and most imp money:D.

    Now problem is, the court orders is being appealed. :confused: I am not entitle to legal aid. courts are busy and i am traveling first week of oct.
    I am looking for legal advice. just experience's

    Well is the the mother who appealed it? if so maybe try and talk to her? if not im not sure why it would be appealed

    The court order you have stand until such time as it is appealed, if the court date for the appeal is not until after the holiday then it's too later.

    I suggest you get yourself down to your free legal aid office and apply for help.
