Any suggestions on how exactly this should look. was reading this thread (http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2055687619) and was surprised to see how similar my diet was to teh OP's and how much carbs im actually eating. pasta most nights like. i know a runners diet is bit different than the weightlifter types on the fitness forum. so just wondering what your diet is like and what mine should be ideally

Let me drop my Sports nutrition book round to you for a few weeks. Its got loads of good advice on not only the what but structuring the when. For example when your doing a long run of 90+ minutes on any given day your dietary needs are different to a rest day. I;d never thought about that before but since I'm fat, old, and slow its probably important.

Hi Scott. I assume if you are passing it on it;s one you would recommend. Would you mind sharing the name of it? Cheers.
