what type of pump? basic hand pump will be 10-15euro about town in lbs;

helmets, not sure? 25-50??

I got a giro helment for about 20£ on chainreactioncycles.com but some prefer to try on clothing before u buy, but most are quite comfortable and adjustable, unless you have a very odd shaped head..!
