Hi, I have just got my Cills in (they are sitting on the outer leaf and nearly touching the inner leaf, with a layer of damp course behind them) I'm about to place my order for windows and doors with Munster joinery but I was wondering should I seal up the gap around thw windows with thin strips of insulation or expanding foam to prevent draughts, but will this lead to thermal bridging or dampness at a later stage ?? What should I do, try and use cavity closers or just leave them as they are ??? Thanks
