Not sure about direct buses but you might have to take the 16 or 16a towards town and get off on usher key. From there you can take the 68 or 69 to Inchicore.

The same for Clondalkin. Just stay on the bus past Inchicore. You can also take any of the 51 buses.

No buses directly from Rathfarnham to either.

The 17 goes from Rathfarnham (along Nutgrove Ave ) as far as Rialto, you could get another bus from there or perhaps walk.

The 75 goes from Rathfarnham to Tallaght which is probably the closest for walking/another bus. Either that or the bus into town and then another one.

Depending which area of Clondalkin you're looking for you have a few options.

    - 17 from Rathfarnham as far as Crumlin Road and a 151 from there will take you very close to Clondalkin Village

    - 16/16A/16C/74A from Rathfarnham to City, then 51B/51C/68/69 from Aston Quay, passing through Inchicore on the way to Clondalkin Village and Clondalkin South

    - 16/16A/16C/74A from Rathfarnham to City, then 78 from Aston Quay direct to Clondalkin North , or 78A from Aston Quay passing through Inchicore on the way to Clondalkin North

It depends on exactly where you want to go in both locations! Some general options would be:

    Rathfarnham-Inchicore:
Option 1: 17 to Rialto and either 19 to Bulfin Road or walk
    Option 2: 16/16A/16C or 74A to city centre and 51B, 51C, 78A, 68 or 69 from Aston Quay

    Rathfarnham-Clondalkin:
Option 1: 75 to Tallaght (Belgard Road) and 76, 76A, 76B to Clondalkin
Option 2: 17 to Crumlin Road and 151 to Nangor Road Clondalkin
    Option 3: 16/16A/16C or 74A to city centre and 51B, 51C, 68 or 69 from Aston Quay

Remember that using a 10 Jouney Travel 90 Smart Card will mean a fare per trip of EUR 1.80 (you use only one trip no matter how many buses you use provided you board the last bus within 90 minutes of boarding the first).

The ticket is available from any Dublin Bus ticket agent.

If you can post some more precise information, we might be able to help better, but a bus change looks necessary.
