I got my windows and doors 3 years ago through a timber frame company (who have now gone into voluntary liquidation) even though the window manafucturer took the order directly from ourselves and then fitted the product. I now have small problems on 5 different windows/doors with them not closing right or having dropped a bit. It clearly stated on every window/door with a sticker that I still have "15 year comprehensive warranty" but on a phone call last week they never returned my call and this morning said the warranty was on the sealed unit only. This company is based in northern ireland so what can I do? Is there anywhere I can register my compliant?
