Doubts

21-09-2009 8:21am#1I was in somebody's company recently and they had so much doubt about themselves. So I decided to write a poem about this and give this to the person. That person now is aware of what they say and realises the impact of their words and thoughts. It was great to see the changes in the person, and hear the person saying that they now "can do this, and they can do that". So here is my poem.
DOUBTS
When people have doubts
What do you think they say?
What thoughts go through their heads day after day?
I can’t do this and I can’t do that
I don’t think this is for me
And I don’t think I will achieve that
These are self limiting beliefs
A set of patterns don’t you see
The first step to overcome these
Is to believe in yourself
And think positively
