You're in the middle of a business campus; there aren't any nice restaurants around there and certainly no vegetarian ones!

There is a Chinese restaurant in the plaza called Shirley Palace. It is OK. No more than OK and maybe not great for a vegetarian.

To travel a bit, there is an Italian in Clondalkin Village called Pistachio on Tower Road, or you could go a bit further still to somewhere like Joels or the Louis Fitzgerald restaurant off the Naas Road (accessed just past Newlands Cross heading into Dublin).
