Brahma Beer - 1euro per 330ml bottle in O'Briens

Hi, I'm sure I heard this beer mentioned before but I couldnt find the thread. 330ml Bottles of Brama Beer are 1 euro each in O'Briens, Parkway, Limerick. Its most likely all O'Briens but I couldnt say.

Never tasted this beer before but picked up a couple of bottles to 'sample' tonight.

Its actually cheaper in Tescos. I got 12 bottles for €9.95 in Tesco in Youghal the other day.

It's a lovely beer, like corona or Sol.
Its always €1 a bottle in tesco or Lidl

Its a lovely beer and at a quid a bottle is great value.

Its been €1 in my o'briens for the last week or so. I think the bottles are actually 350ml which is an unusual size.

As far as I know it cannot be bought by the bottle in Tesco or Lidl so you must buy a multi pack to avail of the offer. In O'Briens you can buy it by the bottle for a euro.

Its more the point you can buy what you want. I often nip into O'Briens on the way to my mates, or even for the walk to the pub and might want just 2, or 8 or whatever, I do not want to lug a box back home, or be forced to get 2x6 packs or whatever they have them in.

O'Briens almost always have €1 cans available singly, hollandia and amsterdam are both grand IMO.

It tastes nice.

Shame ya can't get Brahma Chopp here though.

Very true, but they are very easy to drink and they come on 4 packs
We call them bus-beers, tie you over till you get into town
