    Have shares in the above company-they are listed at 0.001 cent:confused:
    does it cost me to get rid of them,are they worth anything

    The company is in bankruptcy and their assets have been liquidated. Nothing left now but for the company to be dissolved. You won't receive anything, but you won't owe anything either.

    as long as I dont owe anything,it doesnt really matter.can i just get rid of them without paying a fee or am I charged for someone holding them ?:confused:

    Do you hold the share certificates, or does a broker hold them? If it's a broker, are they charging you an annual fee? If they're holding them and charging you a fee, it's probably best to call the broker and to ask for the paper certificates to be posted to you.

    Am I to take it that you're paying a broker to hold your shares then?

    If that's the case, call them. There's no point you paying someone to hold something that's worthless.
