    Howdy,

I have an old pinhole camera cosmica I1668 9mm. and don't appear to be getting a picture. The cables are as follows:

Red black white yellow green brown and mesh

Red and black are power and when I connect 12v to these I get 3.3 on the yellow and 3.6 on the green. The mesh is soldered to the black confirming 0v. No voltage is present on the other cables.

Not getting a picture though on any other cable. Any thoughts on this?

    Martin

    Hi Martin

There is a possibilty the camera shares a common negative for power & video but you will have to be sure of this before testing to avoid damaging the camera.
Try setting your meter on (ohms), you should be getting around 75 ohms from video signal.

Also find out if the camera signal is PAL or NTSC and make sure your monitor is the same format.

I hope this is of some help to you.

    Regards,

    RYBO
