    Thanks.

You head up to a ride and you decide if it is too busy for you to queue. You put all of your park tickets one by one into a Fastpass machine(very visible and well marked) and it gives you back your ticket plus a ticket telling you when to return. Lets say 1:30-2:30PM.

You head off and do something else and arrive back between those times and there are two queues. One for those happy to queue and one for the fastpass people. There will be a person standing there checking your tickets and you head more or less right to the start of the queue. You save lots of time.

The queues in the main park are not soo bad but in Disney Studios where they have more young child orientated queues then you are highly recommened to get into the park and get a fastpass for every ride immediately.

    Thanks for that!

So is it possible to go into the park and go around all the rides I want to go on and get fastpass tickets for them and come back later?

I think I heard somewhere that you can only have one fastpass ticket at a time - so is it a case of get a fastpass for one ride, go walk around for a while, go back and go on ride, go to next one and get another fastpass and walk around again until the time on the ticket?

I did so last year. You just need a map of the park and know where you're going to before you enter. I find that Space Mountain, Buzz Lightyear and Indiana Jones often have the largest queues.

In the US you can actually buy a fastpass ticket to have permanently or if you stay in their premier resorts you get this as an added bonus.
