I'm with ntl in Dublin 8 (Cork St.) and no problems to report...

It's been down since yesterday. But was out for most of the day and didn't get a chance to call.

Called them this morning - ages on hold, tech I spoke to informed me after ten minutes of faffing around that she could 'confirm' I had a problem.

    Thanks. for. that.

Cue much 'ntl are crap' rant.

That was an hour ago. Since then a technician has called to the apartment building and fixed the problem. On a Sunday morning.

Er.... well done NTL! (never thought I'd hear myself say that) :P

Reassuring to hear. I was half expecting mine to disappear too. Good to see ntl/upc doing something right for a change.:)
