I am planning cyclocross training or otherwise would have joined you... I have had a good rest week- did a touch over 100km around the Cap de Creus National Park in northern Catalunya Sunday, really lovely, and then took your advice of some rest so Monday-Friday did nothing bar my commute and only back on the bike to be soaked in Wicklow today... This country really is horrible sometimes.

I think emty will be out, he was saying he planned on joining you.
