    Can anyone recommend any fun hostels in South East Asia that organise nights out etc! In any of the main places on the tourist route in Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos! Found some great hostels in Europe and hoping to find similar ones there that are good for meeting people, thanks!

    Eh Asia's kinda different when it comes to hostels as in there arent any really,theres 2 in Vietnam (hanoi backpackers & hue backpackers) Both pretty good tho, cambodia is mostly guesthouses, but many of them feel like hostels, thailand hotels and guesthouses are usually pretty good, you'll meet people everywhere tho, Banthai guesthouse on koh phi phi in thailand is brilliant, just go with the flow and you'll find places people will recommend places to you along the way.

    I always find SEA crap for meeting people. Well through accommodation i mean. I only found 3 'hostels' in the entire region and i've been all over it.
