New perks, killstreaks, DEATHSTREAKS etc. (Yes, deathstreaks, as in rewards for dying) For 11 kills you will get an ac-130 plane (like one for Death from Above mission in cod4) and for 3 deaths you get copycat which allows you to use your killers gun and perks even if you have not yet unlocked them. Another new killstreak option is a care pack which is a supply crate dropped onto map wherever you choose which can contain ammo or guns or a killstreak toy (airstrike etc.) but anyone can open the crate (from either team).
You can now replace your frag grenade with throwing knifes (one hit kill) or tactical insertion (choose spawn point) or riot shield. New multiplayer power ups and weapons added:

Supersoaker: Added as a licensing deal. Not much use and only added as a comedy weapon. Can obsure vision though.
Arm Mounted Chainsaw: For evil dead fans everywhere
BFG 9000: Currently being tested by the US military for use on mars. Kills everything on screen.
Airstrike has been replaced by calling in a pack of rabbid radioactive chimpanzes. Currently being field tested by the US military in their on going war with Cyprus.
Mushroom: Collecting the mushroom will make you grow larger and giving you one extra hit before dying. Can also smash terrain with your head.
Gold Ring: As long as you hold on to a gold ring you cannot die. If you get hit however you will lose all gold rings you are holding.
Flame icon: Gives bigger blast radius to your grenades.
Smart Bomb: Kills all enemies on screen.


New Perks:

Teabagger: Lets you teabag downed enemies like a retarded Halo player
Hadouken: Allows you to fire a blue ball of energy instead of your standard melee attack.
The sandbag: Allows you to take an infinite amount of damage at the expense of not being able to cause damage. Encourages team work by setting up human defenses.
No taste in music: Automatically mutes your microphone so nobody has to listen to the awful music you are listening to. Great for Fallout boy and rap music fans.
