I am assuming english, irish and maths or could I do 6 subjects of any choosing, also since I already did my leaving would I be on a level pegging order with firsttimers when it comes to cao courses as long as I get the points required?

No subjects are compulsory for repeating.

The requirements for entry to different courses and colleges are available from the CAO. It's not just about points, some courses and colleges require minimum grades in particular subjects. You would need to check under the courses you are interested in.

None are compulsory... You can use Maths, English, Irish and other subjects u did the first time u did the LC for MALTRICULATION PURPOSES only, not for points.

And yes you would be on an equal footing.

    Good luck
