One friend in our group got sick and now we all have it. One of them(the idiot member) went to the doctor and he told him to get out. :pac:
Supposedly this has been happening a lot!
Now everyone is going around with this thing and its not like a cold but not quite like the flu... Its a lovely type of illness. Ya know, one where you can call in sick but youre not feckin dyin?...

Had it, it was amazingly boring.

My brother had it. He said that for 3 days even though his phone was ringing, and it was within reach, he couldn't pick it up.

Brummytom was the first person to have it and it has learnt from him since then and gotten meaner.

I should clarify for the OP. I was the first person ON HERE to get it. Not in the worlddd. That was some pig-shagger over in Mexico.
I think I've got meaner since it too.

Got it in mid-August. It was a poor show tbh. The worst of it was the first day when I got out of bed with a serious fever, felt like death and nearly fainted. Went to the GP, they thought it probably wasn't swine flu but swabbed me anyway. I suspected the it was swine flu but was prescribed antibiotics. What a waste. Anyway, swine flu is just as bad as the flu...which isn't all that bad. I've had worse illnesses tbh, far worse. I was better by the time I got the results.

I would imagine without paracetamol it'd be pretty shít. The headache would be unbelievable.

The Recycle Bin does a better job of containing it though, see we might want to carry out experimental stuff and the AHs posters won't hear them scream.

We'd never catch you and you wouldn't fit in the bin. The killing bit wouldn't be too taxing though.

There seem to be a lot of people going around with horrible colds being told/imagining they have swine flu, or the curly tail as I've heard it called.

I feel less likely to die of the curly tail than swine flu. :)

I'd imagine you'd know all about it if you actually had it.

That bloke not being able to lift his phone for three days sounds like the flu. Someone snotting a lot doesn't really.

Suppose it's better to be safe than sorry though, but because they are treating people now rather than swabbing, everyone with the common cold will be out sick for prevention purposes. Then again it effects different people in different ways so its all mad ted.
