Guys, any suggestions on where to get my BM 04 3 Series serviced in Galway ? Full service required.. Dublin garages seem to be able to offer full service and full valet for 200 which is impossible to find such reason in galway..

I use Bradleys for all of our work and personal servicing; that's a selection of BMW e39 520 and 525, Kia Sedona, Landrover Freelander, and Toyota Hilux. We find their customer service exceptionally good, and their head mechanic is possibly one of the best in the country (he has a couple of Jaguar world titles!)

I'd try a garage. Failing that I'd try a mechanic, what kind of car is it again?

Writing nothing at all would be better than this post.

OP, would you chance going to Dublin paying an extra €20 for petrol, and getting your €200 worth?

Anyone used BMW Care out past Ballinasloe? He come recommended by a few and I'm not keen on paying dealer labour rates for an oil change and to get a power steering leak fixed in the 330d...

I would try VP Motors down near the docks. Got oil changed recently and they were excellent value.

In THE 330d. . I think bluefoam was right in that locked thread about BMW people, sounds like something from Ross O'Carroll Kelly, "Pointed the old Z4 in the direction of Landsdowne road..."

At this stage I would !!

Got a qoute of €180 recently but I dont trust the guy to do "full" service, more a change what he can at a minimum and not oversee all the car.

You might want to bring that one to Personal Issues, we don't need or want it here.

OP BMW announced some sort of Value range of servicing for the older cars have you tried calling you local main dealer and seeing if they are planning on rolling out the same service?
