I was wondering if anyone out there is using Paint shop pro ultimate to produce HDR images. I have seen an add which says it has a HDR photo merge option but just wonder has anyone used the option and does it work ?

Anyone with suggestions for other programmes to produce HDR images.

There's a program called Photomatix which I've used before to do HDR images in the past. Fairly simple to use and the tools and settings are pretty intuitive. It's a free download to boot, though it imprints a watermark after the trial period (30 days or something). Plenty of time to mess around with it and see if it suits.

    It's available here.
