Does anyone know how to launch "the connect to a network" screen by a command prompt?

Just something I'm trying to tweak. I know there are various ways to do it in the windows GUI, e.g. right-clicking on the network icon in the System Tray, click on the "Connect To" icon on the Start menu, or going to Control Panel, Network and Sharing Center, and Connect to a Network.

The list of network connections can be launched by running this command: "ncpa.cpl". So I reckon there must also be some command to launch the "connect to a network" screen
