Could we get a couple of Prefixes for the Programming forum? Prefix being the same thing we have on this forum

    Just to start with.

Language specific prefixes might be good too but the list could be endless. If we were going to include them I guess we'd need the list below. But if we could just get Question and Solved alone that would be brilliant.
    Lanuages
    • Php
    • Java
    • C
    • C++
    • Asp.Net
    • Python
    • Ruby
    • C#
    • Vb.Net
    • Classic VB
    • Delphi
    • SQL/DB
    • Other Language

    I've added Question and Solved.

See how you get on with those and if you want the per-language ones let us know. I suspect that the tag system would be more appropriate for that though. Or perhaps, rather than break it down by language you might think about breaking it down by family. Something like ".NET", "Java", "LAMP", "Windows", "Mac", "UNIX/Linux", "Other"? It might save on additions to/deletions from the list of prefixes over time.

Actually I like the tag idea a lot, does vBulliten allow for predefined tag banks that users can choose from?

Thanks for the Question and Solved, lets see how it works out over the coming weeks.

'fraid not. It doesn't even auto-complete from previously used tags.

Another feature for the list of things to do if we ever get a chance.

    Can't, emigrating. Otherwise I'd apply.

Can we add [n00b] to the list?

Green would be appropriate, [Solved] could be changed to black I guess. :D

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
