    I'd love to but I have to take my son to swimming lessons :) -- He's 9 months now and I missed 2 weeks I hope his Ironman time doesn't suffer later in life.

    From November i'll be running there once a week i'd say sat or sunday morning , there will be a group of 3 of us , i'll let you know details close to the time.
