    the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents in its leaflet, Cycle Helmets, feels it necessary to caution ‘Remember: Helmets do not prevent accidents … So be just as careful’
    Well if the helmets don't prevent accidents, the Society shouldn't really be sticking its nose in then, should it? :p
