Just wondering is there any poker clubs/games on around navan during the week, my brother is working in Navan for the next 3 weeks so he is looking some action.

JJP poker club Rod , 2k gtd tuesdays , Its a lovely place . Its located above the Pit Stop pub beside the johnstown shopping centre.

Seen your thread and just to say we have recently opened a new club above "diamond cinema" in Navan. We run snooker and pool, aswel as nightly cash games.

Large tournament takin place Wednesday 23rd September with a ticket to the paddypower.com Winter Festival up for grabs worth 1650E. 100E buy in.

i am happy getting fcuk over online at the mo :mad:. when i get rivered by a 3 or 2 outer I only have to walk upstairs and cry into my pillow instead of having to drive an hour home before i can do it.

Better getting all these beats out of the way before all the big games this october/november where hopefully i will be sucking out all the time

hot rod ..the jjp club is the best place in navan to play and have tourneys 5 nights a week.as damo said it is a lovely club and very well run by Joe and gang.

his current league ends this sunday with a new one starting Monday 28th.

poker addict... no need to worry as there is only ONE club and that is the JJP Club...it is well run and all rules are adhered to and transparent. and the rake from cash tables is obvious and fair at 5% and capped at ten euro

There's always a fella there called Gerry adding plenty of value to the cash games aswell.....

aye.i know...it is by far the best do i get credits for saying that?

was even amazed when i saw the 2nd club..but that has paid off i believe and the jtown club is regarded as the best....for fairness and play!!!i am just generally amazed at the fact there is 3 clubs.even in good times 3 would never survive!?!?

i think the third club in the snooker hall is going to be sponsored by Disney:D...and yes am always good for a double up in the cash games:(...fair to say a better tourney player than cash....not sure who you both are in the real world but no doubt will speak face to face in the club at some stage
