Bands looking to tour

Hi all,
The reason why i am writing this is we are currently getting ready to release our debut single and looking to do a tour soon after, finding it very hard to do this on our own i have decided for the next tour to find 3 more like minded bands to share the burden.Therefor all four bands looking for gigs, all 4 bands doing original material, all 4 bands promoting and running the tour on a rotational basis where-by you headline one gig,your first on the next night and so on to keep things fair. As well as trying to organise the gigs it's just as hard to find support bands that are trying to go in the same direction so if you think that you are playing in a band that is committed and wanting to play the original scene then please advise.
It would be in the best interest to keep all 4 bands from different parts of the country as this will help with exposure of all bands,we currently have a good set up regarding gear but you will need your own transport, i'm thinking of starting to organise this tour towards the end of march/early april next year as with anything there's no point in jumping in the deep end.
Regarding money, bands will have to be willing to split all monies made 4 ways. I know there isn't much to be made but anything is a bonus when doing original material and is why any band that has an EP coming out is ideal as this can make you money at the gigs.
Also the band we play in kind of indie-rock, really don't mind what kind of bands but don't want something too extreme from what we are.

Yeah sounds good to me. We are a 4 piece along the same vein. Just looking to get under the skin of it all. We are based around the Tipp/Limerick area, what part of the world are ye in?
