12 month subscription

    I am proposing to offer a service which will require a payment of (say) €50 for 12 months access (a subscription if you will).
    Is it true that if they pay by credit card then if they cancel at any time during the 12 months they are entitled to a part refund of the unused portion of the 12 months?
    And if so, can I word my T&C's in a way as follows: €50 for the first month, followed by 11 months free membership.
    This will be an online service.

    There is nothing specific in law that provides for this, but doing a chargeback on a credit card is much easier than with DD.
