Folks - I'm doing the eireman-X next week - does anyone know the course? What sort of bike should I take - I have cyclo-X, hardtail or full suspension - any advice would be very welcome!!! Thanks.

Defo a mountain bike...
Sorry can't give you more detail - my knowledge of mtn bikes is well... not good
