I'm going into the last of year of a degree course in a private college and given the employment situation these days I'm thinking of doing another course after this in a public college. My question is, since my degree is from a fee paying college am I still entitled to "free fees" since my college course hasn't been…

Not for the current course, but after a year's gap, if then elligable for the grant, *Approved under either the Higher Education Grants Scheme or the Vocational Education Committee Scholarship Scheme, you pay and are then refunded your fee to the next institution
