hey, just wondering if someone could help me?
I recently signed up for the student deal with O2 broadband. It's working fine and for €9.99 a month I thought I was getting a really good deal, but I recently got my bill for my first month and they're charging me €25.84. I'm fairly sure that I didn't exceed my download limit so I can't understand where the extra charges are coming from. Can anyone help?

Without seeing your bill it's hard to tell. It sounds like you've maybe gone over your limit though? Quickest option is a call to 1909 with the number attached to your broadband account and they'll answer for you. They'll have access to your bill on their screen.

some companies charge for 2 months the first time. Is it 9.99 after tax? Did you exceed your download limit?

Only O2 can answer questions about your bill.

You can log in to your account and check usage, also for pay as you go, see how much you have used *113#

And just to show how much of a rip off O2 is once over the usage limit costs its 20,000/GB
