Serious dilema here!

ok long story so ill try to make this short,

2 years ago i went to spain with a few of the lads, we met a couple of irish girls over there, my friend..i'll call him X hit it off with this one and they are still together today, and my other friend..i'll call him Y, got with her friend, only a kiss in the club, now i thought she was realy hot but i didnt want to try anything because friend met her and all that.

I went to cork where they are all from, just for a night because my friend (X) was in placement in college there so he could be with his girlfriend and i went down with my friend (Y), we all had a good time and the sexy one who i fancied was there too so everyone was trying to get my friend and her together like in spain,but nothing happened.

so 2 weeks ago i went to mayo to a festival with my friend (X), it was just myself and him that went this time and we were meeting up with his gf and all her friends..including the hot one!
that night we all got drinking and had a good time and the hot one apparently said to my friend that she liked me, thought i was hot and all that, but i never found out till i was heading home when he told me, and that night a few of her friends were setting me up with her firend..which i only kissed there..but was only a bit of fun, i'll deffinately see that hot one again but when i do, do i try and get with her or would she think oh i better not because my friend (Y) might get jealous..eventhough he has a girlfriend now!

i actually forgot to add that she lives in a different city to me so next time i see her would most likely be for a night out..

she did and probably still does fancy my friend but the thing is she mightnt want to do anything with me because she knows she kissed my friend and she would probably feel kinda wierd meeting both?! augh i dunno..then again we live in different cities so i suppose anything that happens between us depends if i go down with the friend that has his girlfriend from there..

phone/text/email you mate (y) and say "look I fancy hot girl do you mind if I ask her out for a drink"

When he says "no worries, go for it" phone/text/email hot girl and ask her out for said drink.

Everyone knows where they stand, nobody gets upset and you get to let hot girl know you fancy her.

And if you really do like her different cities doesn't matter.

you like the girl - she likes you. Your friend doesnt come into it - he has a new girlfriend now and the girl wasnt that interested in him anyway. Just because your friend liked this girl at one point doesnt make him own her! Go for it - life it too short IMO.
