Hi my girlfriend and I signed a contract in march to buy a house off a developer but he has not come back to finish it yet we are ringing him everyday but we are gettin noting but lies from him saying he will be down next week to finish it this is goin on since march, would it be possible to get our deposit back by the way…

sorry carrickbhoy, but this is specifically a legal matter and as such, cannot be discussed here.

my advice would be to consult with a new solicitor.
