    Hey just a quick one.

Being doin the couch to 5k and im comin up to week 3. Can someone clarify what exactly im ment to do for this week?

Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then do two repetitions of the following:
    • Jog 200 yards (or 90 seconds)
    • Walk 200 yards (or 90 seconds)
    • Jog 400 yards (or 3 minutes)
    • Walk 400 yards (or three minutes)

Do i just do all the above and then do them again?? Sorry if it seems a bit thick!!

    Yes, your interpretation seems right:

Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then do the following:
Jog 200 yards (or 90 seconds)
Walk 200 yards (or 90 seconds)
Jog 400 yards (or 3 minutes)
Walk 400 yards (or three minutes)

Jog 200 yards (or 90 seconds)
Walk 200 yards (or 90 seconds)
Jog 400 yards (or 3 minutes)
Walk 400 yards (or three minutes)

    Hi,

that would appear to be what is being asked, so the full sequence of activity for each day that you have to train this week would be:

    Jog 200yds (or 90 seconds)
    Walk 200yds (or 90 seconds)
    Jog 400yds (or 3 minutes)
    Walk 400yds (or 3 minutes)
    Jog 200yds (or 90 seconds)
    Walk 200yds (or 90 seconds)
    Jog 400yds (or 3 minutes)
    Walk 400yds (or 3 minutes)

    Then you are done.

I am not sure what your program has told you regarding "level of effort", but usually it is recommended that you go at 75%-80% of your top speed during training, so don't go flat out while jogging. You need to keep your heartrate under control.

    Good luck!!!!
