    Go through our heads every day,
    It’s no wonder we think all the time,
    It is sometimes hard to keep our thoughts away.

    If we just took time out,
    A few minutes for ourselves,
    And just focused on one thing,
    Focused on our breath.

    And be aware of how we are breathing,
    Is it fast? or is it slow?
    Be aware of what we are thinking,
    Are thoughts coming in?
    Or are we letting go?

    Be aware of how we are feeling,
    Are we relaxed? Or are we stressed?
    If thoughts are still coming in,
    Remember, focus harder
    Focus on your breath.

    Thanks, it does make you stop and think but it also makes you become aware of yourself, in what you are thinking, and what you are feeling, and it just takes a few minutes!!
