Hi

My girlfriend and I are thinking of applying for a mortgage for an apartment in Laois, ballybrittas. Its a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The property value is 115,000.

Would we get approved for a mortgage? We have NO savings really but our bank statements would prove that we're paying 1000 on rent a month. (Just reduced to 850 this week). so we would be able to make mortgage repayments. we earn about 50k a year between us. have no outstanding loans etc, although she has a credit card but nothing major.
