looking to tint my tail lights but ive a few questions,I was planning on using the spray

do i spray on the inside or outside of the lights,do i need any sort of sealent for the paint after i have applied it (i.e clearcoat or similar)

is there a law regarding what i can and cannot tint (I heard you need to leave the reversing sector of the light white)

is there a legal level of tint, would i get hassle for having too much tint on it? the plan of course only being to put 1 or 2 coats of the stuff on for a smoky look, the car is a vw polo, 97 model

Just buy tinted rear lights, they're pretty cheap, just get em off ebay, I have them on my Civic and they look quite good :)

Vinny Byrne on the Kylemore Road sells this, you should also get a special lacquer for it or it'll wear off.

It costs around €7 per can.
