OI! Northern Ireland is not a **** hole.
As for invading England, bigger and scarier countries than Ireland have tried (and failed). But then, some surprisingly ****ty, little ones have succeeded, so you may like to keep your options open on that one.

    Why buy it back?

Sure, you wouldn't be able to speed up there anymore, and you wouldn't get cheap stuffs either.

Haha why would we want you? Rep of Ireland is in worse nick than N.I, you will be up there in a few years looking for a job.

Christ here we go again. I think boards would benefit from a "no threads on Northern Ireland week". That'd be a good week.:)
