Anyone know what is the standard per sq foot price for commercial rent in D1/D2 at the moment?
I know that prices have come down a lot in last 12 months but not sure how far.

Not fully sure on square Foot price but I have a two person office in Dublin 4, (approx 18 meters square) and it is costing 600 per month. This includes 1 parking place.

I have heard of cheaper in Merrion/fitz square (450 per month) but you need to put parking and conference facilities in as extra.
Not sure about D1 but I would say the price is about the same
    Hope that is some help.

Glad it includes parking space... 40 euro a sq foot is pricey enough in this market I think. we have been paying €29 a sq foot but I have heard it is down around €18 at the moment.

Definitely - unless you are getting more than just floor space

thought so..... i'm looking back through old posts on here... one says rents are at 2002 prices....

no, just floor space.... not even in the centre of temple bar....

the annual rent is €39,000.... what would a fair offer be? €30,000?

So you are getting 700sq foot for €39k - I hope the door handles are gold plated and you have a 24 hr concierge.
I am looking at a place on the other side of Dame St. - 750sq ft for €15k.
Am currently in an "architect designed" semi-serviced office with 1500 sq ft and am paying €45600 p.a. which is way over the odds I think.
