Yes its only september but i always get excited about the coming season when i hear about the first snowfalls:

Its snowing in Saalbach now, at the top only, probably wont last, but it snowing !!!!

Looks like my earlier prediction was wrong, the whole mountain in Saalbach is now covered in snow. Seems very early this year. I hope its a good sign for the season to come

There's supposed to be a lot of snow in Austria this week - should get a bit warmer though next week. Feckin freezing here at the mo. The snow won't be around long though as the ground is not cold enough.
