Hi Just started jogging and up to around 5k, my knee however was starting to get sore just in around the knee cap, I changed runners upon advice and its a bit better but not gone completely and now the pain/soreness has moved up my thigh. Any suggestions e.g., stretching I should do to alleviate this....any suggestions welcome as don’t want to stop when only getting going...

It's the stickie on the front page of ART that says 'Read me before posting'. Basically rules and regulations:

"We do not give out medical advice. Injuries may have common symptoms but are unique to the individual - just because you were able to keep training with X injury or were out for months because of Y doesn't mean that the same will apply to someone else. Bad advice given here and followed through could aggravate an injury and prevent an athlete making a full recovery in as rapid a time as possible."
