Hi, got this in my email recently and was wondering if anyone had been there before?
    http://www.graduatecareersfair.com/register-now

gradireland would like to remind you of the largest graduate event of 2009.
The gradireland Graduate Careers Fair will feature 150+ organisations and institutions, including some of the largest in Ireland and abroad.
A large series of talks and seminars will run throughout the day, including CV advice and how to obtain your perfect job.
The gradireland Graduate Careers Fair starts at 11.00am. Make sure that you are there early so you can make the most of all the services and get to talk to as many organisations as possible. You can't afford to miss it.
It's going to be a fantastic event and it's a shame to keep it to yourself, so why not forward this e-mail to a friend?
reg.gif Pre-register for FREE! Or pay €5 on the day.
if so is it worth going? Are the companies there actually recruiting? Im in science (biotech specifically) with feck all experience and I want to get some kind of work placement/temp experience, is it worth going and asking or are these things just for PHD/experienced people?

Do a check of who will be there if you can. From what I remember it was mostly banks and stuff advertising their graduate schemes. Doubt any of them will be hiring this year.
It's mostly a leaftet distribution thing as the people who are there generally just say 'email so-and-so for more information.
