What do you mean by okay for a few seconds? Browsing is slow?

Data stops and starts, the result is like dialup, have to hit F5 and hope to catch it right.

Run a ping command to boards.ie

Go to start run, type "cmd"

    Then type

    ping www.boards.ie -t

Let it run for about 50 packets or so and post back the results. Sounds like a bad dose of packetloss, either that or a problem with your browser or dns settings
