I'm working part time at the moment and am looking to claim the dole for days I don't work. What do I need to bring to the dole office when applying? Also I have lost my P60. Is there a substitution I can bring instead?

Is there any forms I need to print out beforehand?

You can print the form you need on www.welfare.ie. You don't have to have this with you, but it may save time when you get to the office. If you don't have it they will fill it out with you.

You will have to prove that you suffered a loss of employment if you are planning to claim jobseekers for the days you are not working. For example, if you are working part-time where you in full-time employment previously before you suffered the loss in working hours? You can get a copy of the P60 from the employer or from revenue.

I can't seem to find the form. Is there a specific one for part time workers?

Same form for everyone - UP1 if its your first time claiming, UP6 if you have claimed in past 2 years.
