Im currently with Bt i get 1mb connection and no download limits with free uk and irish landline calls. all for e45 a month. Im in wexford so i know some providers dont come here. I want to change to 3mb becuase the 1mb has become rediculously slow. But the only one thats seems priced competitively is eircom. Ive then…

Ive then heard that eircom montior what i do? And if i watch say a movie or family guy on a streaming or download site they cut me off or worse get me into legal trouble!? Is this true?

Assuming you can't get UPC cable or LLU ADSL2+ then vodafone and UTV are both probably a lot cheaper then Eircom.
